Hi! My name is Laura. I am a born and raised Texan now living in Michigan. I'm married to a born and raised Michigander and we have two children.
I was homeschooled growing up. My favorite color is dark green. I love to bake bread. If I'm making dessert it probably has chocolate in it. I yearn for spring all winter long. I dream of having gorgeous flowers filling our landscaping. Every year we say we should make the vegetable garden smaller when it comes time to plant again. And every year it never happens.
This is not a DIY blog. You won't find flashy tutorials or detailed projects. What you will find are the things I enjoy, things that are beautiful, and things I'd like to share with you. I'm not here to give you instructions, tell you how to live your life, or how you should do things differently. I'm just here. Living in the country, wrangling kiddos, and probably drinking tea.
